I’m really glad you’re here! Making the decision to invest in yourself and get the help you need is a really big deal, thank you for considering me to walk alongside you in your process.
My style of therapy is very much relational and person centered. I consider my role to be that of a collaborator with you as we work toward your goals together. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life, you are merely inviting me into your story and allowing me to join you on your journey toward whatever it is that you are seeking to better your life and your relationships. I have been trained in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, am Level 2 Gottman trained, and have also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy.
I am passionate about helping you live authentically and purposefully; life is meant to be so much more than merely survived. I believe we are all created with an intrinsic desire to be seen, known, and loved; and when this isn’t happening life starts to become something other than what it was intended to be. Life can be really hard, we can forget/lose sight of the beauty and the good, and sometimes, in these moments, we need someone to walk alongside of us to remind us of the truth of what life should be and could be. I would be honored to be that person for you.
